The Pumpkin Patch…is waiting for your visit

The Pumpkin Patch is now ready and waiting for all our visitors, we look forward to welcoming you all. For some years now studio-holders have said they wanted to develop how we use the site and what we do for the community to get involved with what we all know to be a really wonderful location.

Opening our doors to children at Halloween is the first time we have ever held a ticketed event and it has been highly popular with the artistic community based here and the wider community. That is a job well done. We still have the Halloween Night Party, which is going to be remarkable so if you have your ticket for that you are going to have a great evening. I am not sure who is more excited; the studio holders or the children!

The pumpkins may not have grown here, but they look so beautiful in what is the best part of Woodend Mill that I am going to arrange to plant some so it will be a true pumpkin patch next year. This year, rumour has it that The Veg Lord delivered them, like a Halloween Santa and The Pumpkin People, with a few helpers, made the space beautiful for all our your pumpkin carvers.
